Community Supported Agriculture
The
Plahnt Farm is taking orders for their 2010 vegetable shares. With
purchase of a share you will recieve a weekly box full of vegetables.
The CSA (community supported agriculture) model allows consumers to
have a relationship with the farm, farmers, and the food that is grown
there.
The first share will be available the second week of June and
will continue every week untill the end of October. Included in each
share will be a newsletter with information on what's in the box
including recipes, storage tips and vegetable lore.
